Refunds & Returns for www.GenoGenix.com (GenoGenix™)

Due to our rigorous quality control standards and the fragile nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. In the rare occasion that your order arrives with missing, incorrect or damaged items, please email support@GenoGenix.com for assistance.

For all delivered order concerns, investigation requests must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

To begin the review process, you will need to complete a Product Return Investigation Form and provide supporting documentation such as order details, product lot numbers, and photos when applicable.

Cancellations must be requested by email before the order shipment has shipped. Once the order has shipped the order can not be cancelled. Please contact us at support@GenoGenix.com with any questions or concerns that you may have regarding your order. We will do our absolute best to assist you as quickly and satisfactorily as possible.
