Shipping policy

Production time is typically 3-5 business days from order confirmation.

We ship exclusively via UPS Next Day Air with temperature-controlled cold packs to maintain product integrity during transit. To protect your products from extended warehouse storage, we ship Monday through Thursday.

For all delivered order concerns, investigation requests must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Product will not be shipped until payment for the Product and shipping is made in full. The Customer will not, under any circumstances, issue or threaten to issue any chargebacks to the Company or to the customer’s credit card and/or form of payment for any reason whatsoever related to the sale of Products herein. All amounts referenced on the Company website are denominated and shall be paid in United States Dollars, and all terms are further set out in the Terms and Conditions section of Company’s website and incorporated by reference herein.
